Everything is fine according to logs, we didn't notice any errors.

We will proceed by replacing the second card.

We will replace two suspected devices on Monday.

In parallel we have worked since several months on new devices, new technology.
We have selected them meanwhile to add them to the monitoring, managing codecs and other improvements.
They will be in production at the end of the month with the establishment of our new interconnections (ETA: May 31st).

Improved monitoring enabled us to detect the problem immediately.
It's the same problem as yesterday on the same card. After flushing it, all calls are back to normal.
We're preparing to fit a new card.

The problem has returned on one of the PTG cards. Incoming calls are dropping.

We rebooted one of the PTG cards that manages some
of the hardware resources that manage the codecs.


The problem is fixed.

The card is back up. Situation returning to normal.

A telecom network/IP network conversion card is causing problems.
We will reboot it.

It's to do with Codec negotiation failure.
We're looking for the cause of the problem.

We have detected that calls coming in from the exterior are cut off after a few seconds (whether the call is answered or not).
