We have detected an overcharge in March 2014 renewals due to double billing for some customers.
We will refund the overcharges on the OVH account of the customers affected, starting from this afternoon.
Customers affected will receive an email summary.

The groups affects by the closure involve 6 clients, it was a side effect from the service
management robots that sent out a hardware retrieval email and launched the closure
following the refunds. The groups have been reopened, the email can be disregarded.

Twenty or so potential cases have been detected and reopened. We are analysing the cause of the closure thoroughly.
