Some incoming calls appels on Swiss number transfers are not getting through to us.

A ticket has been opened with our provider to detect a potential issue on our interconnection.

We have also contacted Swisscom to find out the cause of the problem.

Various tests confirm that the routing is fully operational again.
Corrections were made by the Swiss Sunrise operator.

The order process for Swiss number transfers has been reopened.

According to our investigations, the Swisscom routing to transfered numbers is not to blame.

Some source operators seem to consider the number as not allocated and are not routing the traffic
to Swisscom. The customers must raise the incidents with their source operators (Bouygues, etc ...).
The operator can verify and and reset the information with their inter-connection contacts if necessary.

We are reopening the order process for Swiss number transfers.

Investigations with Swisscom have not been productive as yet.

On our side, we are speeding up the project for setting up a test infrastructure (Z)
replicating existing infrastructures in debug mode, in order to obtain maximum
information to isolate this issue.

We have now identified two cases where some calls are randomly not reaching our interconnection.
As a precaution, we're suspending orders for Swiss tranfers, which will not affect requests in progress.
We will chase the Swiss operator.
