Intercom issues have been reported to us since groups were migrated onto the new infrastructures.

We have been able to reproduce the bug.

A ticket is currently being analysed by our provider.

We will keep you informed on how the situation progresses.

Patch has been deployed on infrastructure A.
We are monitoring the activity.

We will deploy the patch on infrastructure A tonight.

We have successfully activated the patch on the infrastructure B.

The intercom works again between the lines of a same billing group.

We're now working on the infrastructure A.

The intervention is postponed tomorrow at midday. This will allow us to
recover a full test with our compatibility park.

We will apply the patch to correct the intercom issue tonight on infrastructure B.
