We are currently having problems on call queues and expert call queues on calling members.

We are looking for the cause of the problem.

Following a configuration change last night, a module did not reload correctly on some machines of the cluster.
We added a probe to check that it's working correctly and reactivated the feature.

The problem comes from checking the of the number of the caller in the queue.
The feauture has been temporarily deactivated in order to enable the affected numbers to distribute the calls.

We searching how to reintegrate this feature.

We have found the source of the issue, a patch is in progress.
