During a part of the intervention, the incident telephony service won't be available during one to two hours.
We do advise you to contact the incident support by creating a ticket.

Calls other than those to this number will only be slightly impacted.

The card has been replaced and is operational.

A firewall card did not reboot during the night-time intervention.
We are replacing it.
