We're going to activate the anti-DDoS protections
in RBX, SBG and BHS with VAC1. This means we will
transport the attacked packets to RBX then
re-transport them towards the 3 DCs.

In the final version, each DC will have its VAC.

The global routing of anti DDoS is now activated.

The European round robin has been re-configured. The traffic is drawn everywhere in Europe to VAC1 in RBX then distributed to RBX, BHS and SBG.

There is still USA on the todo list. Let's go!

We have to change the configuration of RR a bit,
as it is not accepting some commands with the peer group.
