Our monitoring indicates problems with the recuperation of emails via IMAP/POP3.
This interruption appears to be random and linked to some accounts without apparent link.

We are about to clearly identify the origin of the problem.

No loss of emails are to be expected.

We have identified the problem, a slowdown on one of our storage components.

We intervene on the filerz, the service is currently in degraded mode.
