Details We modified the base of the addresses and the rivoli codes.

We don't use the base Fantoir anymore, but it is provided
by France Telecom.

The FT base is a modified Fantoir base. We had some problems
of synchronisation between our informations and the informations
send back by FT during the eligibility.

The problems should be solved.
