We set up gradually MWI (Message Waiting Indicator).
MWI enables the lights indicating the presence of a voice message on the SIP phones.
No action is required, the implementation is done automatically via or via the autoprovisioning
or through the SIP proxy.

The Siemens are compatibel but cannot be updated automatically
(autoprovisioning) and cannot allow to define the message server.
In order to have the message indication , all you have to do is to
configure the line with the SIP OVH proxy.
(http://status.ovh.net/?do=details&id=1194) but you can take advantage
from it now by configuring manually your Siemens.
For this purpose, in the web interface of the phone , tab \"parameters\"
The migration is currently in progress :
'Telephony' > pick 'Modify' for your OVH line >
'display the advanced settings '
and then define the following values :
Mode Outbound Proxy: always
Outbound Proxy : sipp.ovh.net
Port Outbound Proxy : 5060
It's done !

The Snom M9 is compatible, we prepare the update via the autoprovisioning.
