We are going to upgrade these equipment in order to improve the stability and also to add new functionalities. No impact on the traffic as we will isolate both routers before the maintenance.

We plan to do this task next Wednesday 23th of August 2017 at 8:00am (UTC).

We found the issue source, we will be able to put back the equipment in production in the next minutes.

We reduce the amount of trafic on bhs <> chi to have more time to debug

The impact seems to only be on the control plane, no impact on the flow going inside the NCS5. We are still debugging with our manufacturer. As some links become loaded, we will put back the router in production soon.

All the routing sessions are okay on the equipment but we cannot connect directly on it. We are still investigating.
