A few-second service interruption is expected during the migration from HSRP to VRRP.

Update(s):

Date: 2016-08-17 15:54:55 UTC
We are still facing monitoring issues. Interfaces are still flapping.
So we were forced to board the ASR on VRRP Master and keep the proxy-arp on vRouters to have no more false alarms.
There seems to be a difference in the hardware level which could have caused these network cards problems.
We are looking for the origin of this problem and doing what is necessary to avoid raising false alarms.

Date: 2016-08-17 15:50:05 UTC
The migration is complete.
Cuts have been observed likely due to a problem of a version of one of the switches couple or a version of network drivers on vRouters.
Interfaces towards a vRouters couple began to flap.
We have stopped the flapping by downgrading drivers of a vRouters couple in the same version as those installed on the couple which caused no problem.
We will investigate the root cause.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
