We have detected a call cutoff following default on-holds on infrastructure C, we are investigating.

A resource problem has been identified on the ptg of infrastructure C, a reboot of ptg has not restored the situation, we continue to investigate.
We made a change to standby server, the problem seems solved.
A routing modification for on-holds has been carried out on all of our infrastructure.
