Following the discovery of a bug in the quota management of databases, we are launching a massive update of all SQL quotas.
Some overquota databases that were not detected by the system will be blocked after this operation.

IMPORTANT: The bug involves only inferior results to reality. No database has been blocked earlier, has been in error.
