Details In order to comply with the FFT specifications, we will update the timer value that terminates the call when it is suspended ("flash hook" feature, specific to analog extensions and mgcp).

For mgcp positions, this means that the message "Your call is not yet released" should now last a maximum of 5 seconds instead of the previous 30, for national calls.

No impact is expected on calls.
