Hello,

Many of you order the IP Failover in a subnet in the form of /24 /25 /26 /27 /28 /29 /30 /31 /32
that is, 256IP 128IP 64IP 32IP 16IP 8IP 4IP 2IP and 1IP.

We have some hardware limitations on some switches, which force us to limit the number of
new subnets / 29 in the network. As of today and for 5 to 6 months you will not be able to order
new subnets / 29, that is 8 IP.

All subnets / 29 in place will continue to operate and you can order 2 subnets / 30 instead of a
subnet / 29.

We have a manufacturer working on a new type of routers which will be available in August. Once
we finish the migration of these new routers, we will unblock the orders of new subnets / 29.
