We have many port flaps in progress on the US backbone. They seem concentrated on links nwk-mia and nwk-chi.

We are investigating with our supplier.

Our suppliers have confirmed that the scheduled maintenance on many of our links on the US backbone is causing many flaps.

The situation is now stable.

For the nwk <> mía link, there is a programmed maintenance work task at one of our suppliers' (again).
