Resolved

One of the two switches crashed.
Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
System version: 6.0(2)N2(2)
Service: eth_port_sec hap reset

Traffic was routed via the 2nd Nexus in the couple during the crash/reboot.

However, the switch kept rebooting/crashing, because the port-sec configuration was no longer synchronised with the 2 Nexus on reboot.

I've cut off the port-channel towards the FEX, then I will resync the configuration.
